Fresh look contact lens an alternative for lasik eye surgery

By Julian Moore

We wish we all would be lucky to have 20/20 vision. I truly believe that every human being on the planet should be born with perfect eyesight, straight teeth and excellent health. It only makes sense. The rest all comes pretty standard. We're rarely born without an arm or granted six toes on one foot. What's with the vision and choppers? Well, I guess we should feel lucky that both can be fixed. Teeth can be straightened and repaired, while vision can be restored in a number of ways. It all just depends on what you're going for. Are you craving something permanent or merely a set of Fresh Look contact lens?

Back in the 80s it was all about the specs. When I was in elementary school, every child that couldn't see well enough, would wear glasses regularly. It was the norm to see kids with glasses. Then when the 90s drew near, everything began to change. People started trading in their burdensome eye glasses for a pair of Freshlook contact lenses. These offered a new array of possibilities. Although you did have to wear them in your eye, they provided the user with 20/20 vision and a new hue of iris. Everyone was wanting to change their eye color. Not to mention the fact that there was no more need for endless head-turning. Peripheral vision was back. This is a major advantage with the Fresh Look contact lens products, and any contacts for that matter.

Today things are changing rapidly once again. The once popular Fresh Look color contact lens products are fading into the background a bit, while Lasik eye surgery is becoming more and more prominent and desired by the vision impaired. Finally we can have 20/20 vision like we were just born again. No eye glasses or Fresh Look contact lens needed. The lens of the eye is surgically cleaned and you're good to go. I am currently considering this procedure simply because it would be phenomenal to have 20/20 vision. The Fresh Look color contact lenses on the other hand will remain for now, as the specs do. There will always be a few out there that prefer them over the new-age technology. Personally, I'll just save the red ones for Halloween.

Looking into Lasik Vision Correction
I have had to wear glasses since I was 12 years old. For the longest time I refused to try contact lenses because I was afraid they would drive me crazy. Finally, at age 30, I went to get contact lenses for my eyes. While I love them, I am looking forward to the day when I can get LASIK vision correction. I have wanted to get this eye surgery for the longest time, but I was afraid to get it when it first came out. Even though I am sure the doctors know what they are doing, I didn’t think it would hurt to wait until most of them have had years of practice, read more...
